Prasongchai Setthasuravich is a lecturer at the College of Politics and Governance (COPAG), Mahasarakham University, Thailand. He received a Doctor of Engineering (Dr. Eng.) degree in civil engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2021. His research interests include the digital divide, ICT4D, public policy engineering, and public administration.
